Exchange & Returns

Returns may be accepted for two reasons: customer decision or faulty product.

How to return your product:

  1. Pack your clean unworn garment (with tags attached) in its original packaging
  2. E-mail us as info@diekeiserin.co.za with your reason for returning the product and advise if you would like to exchange it. Kindly include details of the new size and style.

Returns (where accepted) need to be dispatched back to us within 14 normal days of originally taking delivery. This includes any weekends and/or public holidays. In order for your return to be valid we need to have received a tracking number or the original product within this 14 day window.

Die Keiserin reserves the right to change the returns policy at any stage without warning. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are aware of the returns policy at checkout.

Kindly note that the cost of returning the product is for the customer’s account.

We do not accept returns if the product is no longer in its original condition, which means it must be clean (with no signs of deodorant, fragrance or make-up), unworn and all their tags still on and in their original packaging.

Die Keiserin reserves the right not to accept returns for any reasonable reason. If the return has not been delivered to Die Keiserin 7 normal days after first receiving the tracking number Die Keiserin may assume the product will not be delivered and close off the application to return.

Kindly note: no refunds will be made on delivery fees.
